What is a §6(10) consent receipt?
Under DPDP §6(10), a Data Fiduciary must be able to demonstrate that valid consent was given. NoIdMe records each consent event as an entry in a per-tenant, append-only hash chain, signed per tenant (HMAC by default; ECDSA/KMS for court-grade non-repudiation).
Anyone can verify the chain against your published key — tampering breaks it. See the consent ledger and how to verify a chain.
